Politeness is an important skill within conversations nowadays. However, during war time, morality would be expected to be lower as if it has never existed. Politeness would inversely become a deathly weapon to yourself because your enemies would never be mercy to you. The atmosphere recently spread to internet culture only they use foul language and rude instead of murdering.
How does this happen? Perhaps, it is because they realized their enemy can never discover their identity. They thought they could say anything they want without fearing others to found out. Just like a war between two countries, they could launch a series of terrorism attacks on other country without considering the morality standard as an human being. In the future, to solve this atmosphere, maybe fake identities on the Internet may no longer be allowed so that you will be responsible for what you said.

New image
As video games was introduced to the media world, its side effects were argued since then. While a lot of statistics showed that video games would poison children with addiction, a game designer, Jane McGonigal, advocated an idea of playing video games to make the world better.
By turning job in life into a game, she discovered "gamers" would gain more motivation to live and keep working. Not only "gamers" have more motivation to work, but also the motivation to pursue improvement in performances. People would keep it up even after they encountered millions of failures. She looks at things just like an addicted video gamer. Interestingly, the word "addicted" would no longer only use for describing something bad anymore.

Foul language through Internet
In reality, people speak foul language to express their anger. With the invention of the Internet, people now also have access to speak foul language to express their emotion to the world. Is this a good or bad news? Should foul language be prohibited in the Internet like television shows?
Even I agree, there is no way to do that. As content is too hard to be examined one by one in the Internet, there is no way for an organization to do that. However, foul language is not always bad at all time. In Hong Kong, there are several online tutorials teaching viewers English with the foul language. A famous blogger named siu82english realized an effective rule for most Hong Kong people to learn English, which is to start from foul language. Because of students' curiosity, he believed foul language indeed could trigger student to further explore the grammar inside the foul language, also a habit to check dictionary often. Foul language, beside express anger, perhaps indeed contains more positive value than we expected.

Side effect of the new technology
With an invention of filming, people nowadays are capable to have access to the fresh news around the world just by clicking a certain buttons on the keyboard. The diverse development of this medium later was applied on reporting people's privacy like paparazzi toward celebrities. Many people were affected seriously. Under the absent of the restrictions from the Government, this trend was further developed as a way of bullying.
In Hong Kong, this culture was popularly used as a way of punishments. Celebrities no longer are the only victims. As long as there is a potential to draw other's attentions, there will be victims with their private pictures or videos posted online. This behavior although is morally wrong, this culture unexpectedly altered people's behavior in a better way. It is probably because the bullying, by posting the issues online, indeed works as a judgment under majority's value and morality standard. Without a good reason or excuse, people would rather do someone favor others instead of running a risk to do someone against the majority's standard becoming the biggest jerk in the history. With a limitation of right for the government to control this behavior, perhaps, cyber bullying might become a neo-method of keeping people to behave right instead of police.
